Our History

The Company was established by the management team of TradeSiam Co., Ltd. to assume responsibility for the ongoing obligations, missions, and contractual commitments previously undertaken by TradeSiam Co., Ltd. At the time, certain obligations and contracts remained in effect and had not yet reached their contractual expiration dates. However, the shareholders of TradeSiam Co., Ltd. resolved to cease its operations effective 29 December 2021, following the Company's inability to continue operating as an EDI service provider and National Gateway, in accordance with the Cabinet resolution that approved the establishment of TradeSiam Co., Ltd. in September 1995. In response, the management determined that it was essential to assume responsibility for all outstanding obligations and contractual commitments and ensure that they were fulfilled efficiently and successfully. This approach was intended to protect contractual partners, customers, and other stakeholders from any disruption, inconvenience, or potential losses arising from the cessation of TradeSiam Co., Ltd.'s operations. The Company is therefore committed to maintaining continuous and seamless service, ensuring that all existing obligations and services are carried forward without interruption while upholding the highest standards of operational efficiency, reliability, and responsibility toward all stakeholders.

Our Expertise

The Company is committed to delivering the highest level of service and facilitating the efficient exchange of information and electronic transactions between government agencies and various private sector organizations, including:

✓ Operates as an NSW Service Provider, providing Switching Gateway services for the National Single Window (NSW) system.
✓ Develops electronic payment systems, including Dynamic QR Code and Direct Debit payment solutions.
✓ Supports and promotes logistics network connectivity for both domestic and international operations.
✓ Supports private sector organizations in the development of software and other network systems for both domestic and international operations.
